Get to the Sheet Summary to Edit Sheets
Security:
Model includes: sheets, accounts, dimensions, and formulas
permission. Modeling admins can edit the structure of sheets. This is different from changing the data of sheets. The structure of the sheet includes:
- Accounts that appear on the sheet.
- Columns and rows that appear on the sheet.
- Read only options.
- Salary details permissions.
- Dimensions, levels, and attributes that appear on the sheet.
- From the nav menu, go to orUser Assigned Sheets
- From the list of sheets, click the name of the sheet to open theSheet Summarypage.If you're editing sheets, use the breadcrumbs to return to theSheet Summaryto get to other parts of the sheet that you can edit.
The
Sheet Summary
containes a series of links. Use the links to edit the different parts of the sheet.
For modeled sheets, you can:
- Modeled Accounts: Manage accounts.
- Columns and Levels: Manage the columns, including levels, dimensions, attributes, lookups per column, and the sheet settings.
- Accessibility (user-assigned sheets only): Add or remove users who can view and edit the sheet.
- Spread Lookups (if the sheet has spread lookups): Edit the expression and the spread. See Add Spread Lookups to Modeled Sheets.
- Value Lookups (if the sheet has value lookups): Enter or edit the values in a lookup sheet. See Add Value Lookups to Modeled Sheets .
- Assumptions (if the sheet has assumption accounts): Open a sheet with all the assumption accounts. Edit or enter the values for the assumption accounts per time period.
