View Perspective Snapshots from Emails
Email address specified in your Adaptive Planning user profile or a Workday profile.
Perspective snapshots are static images of all dashboards and charts in the perspective.
Others can create snapshots and share them with you to capture a static view of data
within parameters that they define. You can access the snapshots from your email or
Workday notifications, even when you don't have access to Dashboards. When you do
have access to Dashboards, you can view shared snapshots .
- Open the email or Workday notification.The email or notification includes a download link to the snapshot.
- Click theOpen Snapshotlink to download the perspective as a PDF to your computer.When you haven't signed in to Adaptive Planning, you get a prompt to sign in.
- Check your downloads folder on your computer and look for the snapshot, which saves as a PDF.
