Answer
When importing data to levels that are in different currencies than the corporate currency, exchange rates will need to be populated to guarantee the data is correct. This message is to notify you that some of the exchange rates have not been populated for the time periods you are importing to, and should be populated to guarantee the data is correct.
You can adjust the exchange rates by navigating to Modeling > Model Management > Exchange Rates, and adding the exchange rates to the version you are importing into.
