Let Users Add New Dimension Values from Cube Sheets

I have gotten recent requests
from budget owners (not admins) to have the ability to create dimension values on a Cube
sheet. What user profile should I use to enable that safely? Answer
This can be accomplished via a permission in the user's role and through an additional option on the Cube sheet. You can create a unique role to assign to any Standard users who need this permission.
There is a permission called "Edit Dimension on Sheet." This box must be checked.
On the cube sheet, the "Edit dimension on sheet" box must also be checked.
A dimension on a modeled sheet can also be made editable by following the above steps.
