Log In to OfficeConnect
Before you begin
- Verify that you have installed OfficeConnect. See Install OfficeConnect as an End User or Install OfficeConnect as an Administrator.
- is enabled for your instance.
- You have the Access permission.
Log In from
- Start MS Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
- Open a blank workbook, document, or presentation.
- Select thetab in the ribbon.
- SelectLog Inand enter your user ID and password. You may be prompted to update . Always clickYesto get the latest version.
Use SAML SSO to Log In
If SAML is turned on for your instance, you can log in to using the SAML SSO settings. See Enable SAML SSO for All Users.
Depending on which SSO option is enabled, you can log in to using you credentials.
- Enter your username or email. Leave the password field blank and selectAllow only SAML SSO.Submit. You are redirected and can log in using your IDP credentials.

- Enter your credentials to log in.
- Enter your username or email and selectSubmit. Leave the password field blank to use SAML SSO. You are redirected and can log in using your IDP credentials.
Log In from Workday
If you are a Workday customer, you can log in to either or using your Workday credentials in the following ways:
- Your IT administrator sets up your installation with Workday login settings.
- If the Workday login settings were not included during IT installation, you manually enter these settings when you log in to OfficeConnect.
