View Linked Data in OfficeConnect

Select the Linked Cells AOCAdaptiveCells.png button in the tab ribbon to highlight data and labels from . By default, all cells containing data are highlighted in blue and all labels are highlighted in green. To turn the highlighting off, select
Linked Cells
again.
When you add rows and columns of reporting data, we recommend that you unselect Linked Cells. If you select Linked Cells, the new rows or columns also get highlighted even though they are not linked to .
Change Highlight Colors
  1. Select

    Settings

  2. Select the
    C
    olors
    tab.
  3. From the
    Elements
    drop-down, select a different color for the data cells.
  4. From the
    Labels
    drop-down, select a different color for the cells with labels.
  5. Select
    OK
    .
Other users see cell colors how they define it in their user settings.
