Cancel Customer Deposit

Cancel Customer Deposit

Security:
Process: Customer Deposit
 domain in the Customer Accounts functional area.
  1. Access the
    Find Customer Deposits
     task.
  2. Select the company into whose account the payment was deposited.
  3. (Optional) select other criteria to limit the size of the deposits list.
  4. Select
    Customer Deposit
    Cancel
     from related actions menu off the deposit you want to cancel.
    Click
    OK
     to confirm the cancellation.
Once you cancel the deposit, Workday returns the payment to the list of recorded payments available for deposit.
