Steps: Create and Organize Ledger Accounts

Build your ledger accounts and their hierarchical relationship to establish your chart of accounts as well as an aggregate of accounts.
  4. (Optional) Set up approval amounts for each account.
  5. Establish hierarchical relationships between ledger accounts.
  6. (Optional) Restrict ledger accounts to members of security groups.
You can use your ledger accounts and chart of accounts for financial reporting.
View ledger accounts with standard reports. For a list, access
Workday Standard Reports
 and select the
Set Up Financial Ledgers and Accounts
 category.
