Configure Account Certification Dashboard
- Create a Ledger Account summary of all balance sheet accounts.
- Map the standard alias _BS_Balance_Sheet_Accounts to the Ledger Account Summary.
- Security:Process: Account Certifications - Reportingdomain in the Financial Accounting functional area.
You can configure the Account Certification Dashboard to display these reports on the
dashboard:
- Account Certification Definitions for Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Balance Sheet Certification Progress.
- Number of Account Certifications by Status.
- Access theMaintain Dashboardsreport.
- Locate theAccount Certification Dashboard, and clickEdit.
- On theContenttab, clickAdd.
- In theTab Namefield, enter a name for the dashboard. Example: Account Certification Statistics.
- Clear theConfigurable By Useroption.
- In thePrompt Setfield, selectAccount Certification Prompt Set.
- ExpandWorklets, and add these 3 Account Certifications reports as worklets to the grid:
Option Description Worklet- Balance Sheet Certification Progress.
- Account Certification Definitions for Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Number of Account Certifications by Status.
If required, you also add custom reports as Worklets.Worklet Size1x or 2xYou also select a combination of 1X and 2X to configure the report layout to meet your needs. - For theBalance Sheet Certification Progressreport, clickMap Promptsand for theActual Ledger Typeprompt field, enter:Value TypeValueSpecify default value.Actuals
- ClickDone.
- From your Home page, click theConfigure Applications (gear)icon to display theConfigure Workletspage.
- UnderOptional Worklets, add a row and select theAccount Certificationworklet.
- ClickOKand thenDone.Workday displays the Account Certification dashboard icon on your home page.
- Click to open the dashboard.
- Enter the dashboard prompts and clickOKto view the reports.The value you enter on these prompts will apply to all the reports displayed on the dashboard.
