For customers who are subject to the Universal Main Subscription Agreement (UMSA), Workday automatically enables data contributions for Machine Learning (ML) features in your purchased SKUs. You can manage these data contributions using the
Data Contribution for Workday AI
report, secured to the Manage: Data for ML Features
and View: Data for ML Features
domains in the Innovation Services functional area. When you disable data contributions for an ML feature, Workday deletes your data within 30 days.Disabling data contributions can impact the performance of certain ML features. The impact of disabling data contributions will vary from a degraded experience to the feature not functioning at all.

report enables you to view the data contributions associated with all ML features available across Workday, filtered by product line.You can use the
Intelligent Features
report to view only those ML features and data contributions relevant to your purchased SKUs.ML Feature Notifications
You can enable notifications about upcoming changes to ML features by configuring the

domain in the Innovation Services functional area.Security group members associated with the
ML Features Notification
domain receive notifications about:- Changes to data contributions for existing ML features.
