report to your adoption item backlog.You're an HR administrator with 6 months of new features in the
What's New in Workday
report. You want to add these features as individual items to your adoption backlog.Security:

domain in the Adoption functional area.- Access theWhat's New Item Actionstask.
- In theWhat's New Item Actionssection, enter:
Option Description From03/08/2019To09/08/2019Functional AreaAdvanced Compensation - ClickSearch.
- To filter theWhat's New Itemsreport to display only the features that require setup, click theSetup Effortcolumn header and enter:
Option Description Filter ConditionisValueSetup Required - ClickFilter.
- Select the check box at the top of theWhat's New Itemsreport.This check box enables you to select all items in the report.
- In theActionssection, selectCreate Adoption Item for Eachand clickOK.
- In theItemsection, enter:

Access the
Maintain Adoption Backlog
task to move an adoption item from your backlog to your roadmap.When new features display on the
What's New in Last 7 Days
report, drill down on the value in the Setup Required
column. You can then add these items to your backlog using the related actions menu.
