Resend Invitations
Send an event invitation to a supplier.
You can resend an invitation to a supplier during a live sourcing event if they're unable
to locate the original invitation. Suppliers can only register for Workday Strategic
Sourcing through an invitation. You can resend:
- The same invitation.
- A customized invitation.
If you click a supplier that has already registered for the event, we don't display options
to resend the invite or send a custom invite. Instead, the company admin or sourcing manager
can advise the supplier to log into the platform and click the event on their homepage.
- In theSupplierssection of your sourcing event, select the supplier.
- In theInvited Supplierside panel, select a resend option. As you complete this task, consider:
