You can inactivate financial aid action items that you’re no longer using. Inactivated financial aid action items won't display in any search results or prompts.
- Access theFind Financial Aid Action Itemsreport.
- From the related actions menu of the action item, select .
- Select theConfirmcheck box.
Workday appends (Inactive) to the names of inactivated financial aid action items, helping you better differentiate between active and inactive action items.
To reactivate a financial aid action item, select from its related actions menu.
