Student Accounts
The student financial account acts as the central repository for student charges and payments
for your Institution. This single account provides convenience and access for your
students, whether you generate transactions:
- Automatically with theAssign Student Chargestask.
- Manually. See Post Student Charges Manually.
- Through external loads or integrations.
The first time you post charges or payments for a student, Workday:
- Creates a student financial account.
- Displays aStudent Financialsprofile group on the student's profile.
Student Statements
Student statements can report this information for an academic period:
- Anticipated payments.
- Charges.
- Courses, when course has associated charges or prorated charges.
- Payments.
- Refunds.
- Units and grades for course charges.
Workday provides these reports for viewing statements and generating PDF versions:
