The
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard visualizes your company's consumption of Flex Credits based on your usage of Workday offers included in the Workday Flex Credits Rate Card. The Platform Consumption Console
dashboard enables you to monitor your consumption and Flex Credit balance in your Production tenant.Flex Credits and the
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard are only available to Universal Main Subscription Agreement (UMSA) and Workday Flex Credits and Platform Entitlement Policy subscribers.Understanding Consumption
Workday uses multiple components to determine your consumption.
Agents | Usage of agent skills and activities. |
API Requests | Number of API requests. |
Document Storage | Gigabytes (GB) of data stored. |
Integrations Events | Number of integration events processed. |
Consumption is based on the specific capabilities defined for each component in the
Rate Card
page and the policy version associated with your agreement.Your policy provides a baseline usage allowance or embedded entitlement. After this embedded entitlement is used, Workday charges your consumption against your available credit entitlement, prioritizing the credits that will expire first.
You can track your usage against this threshold in the Embedded Entitlement Overview visualization on the
Overview
page.Workday tracks consumption from 2026-02-13 for current Flex Credits customers and from the agreement effective date for new customers.
If your organization has signed a version of the Workday Flex Credits and Platform Entitlement Policy that does not include platform components or entitlements, you won't see those entitlements or usage in the
Platform Consumption Console
dashboard.Credit Balance
The
Credit Balance
page displays your daily Flex Credit activity. The Credit Entitlement
page displays your Flex Credit package purchase history, organized by these statuses.Status | Definition |

Active | Credits available for consumption. |
Expired | Credits that have expired. |
Inactive | Purchased credits that are available for consumption at a future date. |
All Flex Credits are fungible and can be applied universally across the Workday offers in the Rate Card to which you are entitled.
Rate Card
The
Rate Card
page is the definitive resource that defines the monetary value of your entitlements in terms of credit consumption. The Rate Card uses these variables to calculate consumption.Column | Definition |

Consumption Usage
page provides detailed information on consumption metrics. For example, you can drill down to see a detailed breakdown of consumption by service.Workday updates your consumption usage daily to reflect the previous day's usage.
