Automate Redlining With AI Drafting Tools

AI drafting tools include:
  • Automated Redlining.
  • Clause Creator.
  • Large language models to make drafting and editing contract clauses more efficient and consistent.
Contract Management and Document Intelligence doesn’t conduct legal analysis or provide legal advice when you use Automated Redlining and Clause Creator; we merely aid legal teams in enhancing efficiency. Users can continue their due diligence and legal consultation when using our tool.
  1. Click
    Workflow
    .
  2. On the
    Tickets
     tab, select a ticket.
  3. Click the document name.
    Contract Management and Document Intelligence opens the document in Document Viewer.
  4. Highlight a clause and click
    AI Drafting Tools
    .
    On PDF files, click
    Convert to Docx
     to edit the document.
  5. Complete the
    Automated Redlining
     tab:
    Enter instructions for the AI to modify the clause.
    (Optional) Select a
    Clause Type
     and
    Clause Variation
     to populate instructions from the Clause Library.
  6. Click
    Generate
    .
  7. Complete the task:
    • Select
      Edit Mode
       to change the draft redlines.
    • Click
      Accept Edit
       to apply the redlined changes to your document.
