Enable Semantic Search for Comments

Enable Semantic Search for Comments

Administrator access.
Semantic Search enables leaders to search comments based on their meaning, and ranks results by their semantic relevance to the search phrase.
Semantic Search uses a third-party tool to process comments. Enabling the feature requires you to confirm agreement to the use of a subprocessor.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Account
    Data Control
    .
  2. Under
    Data processing
    , check the
    Semantic Search
     box.
  3. Agree to data processing in the pop-up that displays.
After enabling Semantic Search, members of the Administrators and Senior Leaders access control groups (if they can access comments) can see the Semantic Search tab immediately. You can enable the
Search for comments using Semantic Search
 permission for other access control groups, where relevant.
