Set Up Azure Active Directory Integration

Administrator access in Workday Peakon Employee Voice (WPEV).
You can synchronize worker data between WPEV and Azure AD, enabling you to:
  • Create a new employee in WPEV when you onboard an employee in Azure AD.
  • Update employee information in WPEV when you change employee details in Azure AD.
  • Mark employees as inactive in WPEV when you deactivate employees in Azure AD.
Once connected, Azure AD runs a synchronization process every 40 minutes.
Azure AD:
  • Queries the WPEV SCIM endpoint for assigned users and groups.
  • Creates or modifies endpoints according to the assignment details.
  1. In WPEV, navigate to
    Administration
    Integrations
    Employee Provisioning
    .
  2. In Azure, set up Single Sign-On with Azure AD through the App Gallery
  3. Select Automatic as the Provisioning Mode.
  4. Add the SCIM URL from WPEV as the Tenant URL.
  5. On WPEV, copy the
    OAuth Bearer Token
     from the settings page as your Secret Token.
  6. In Azure AD, test to validate the connection.
  7. In Azure AD, configure attribute mappings to create, update, and delete corresponding WPEV fields.
  8. (Optional) Add custom attributes.
