Set Up BambooHR Integration

Set Up BambooHR Integration

  • Contact Workday Support to enable the BambooHR integration.
  • Security: Administrator access in Workday Peakon Employee Voice (WPEV).
You can synchronize worker data between WPEV and BambooHR to:
  • Create a new employee in WPEV when you onboard an employee in BambooHR.
  • Mark employees as inactive in WPEV when you terminate them in BambooHR.
  • We recommend that you apply the same BambooHR naming convention to WPEV attributes to ensure that fields map correctly.

  1. In WPEV, select
    Administration
    Integrations
    .
  2. Select
    BambooHR
    .
  3. Click
    Connect
    .
    Only administrators on BambooHR have permission to create tokens because the integration inherits permissions from the issuing user account.
To address errors or configuration changes by accessing
Settings
 and click
Synchronize now
 to start a full synchronization.
