Concept: Integrations - Survey Notifications
Administrators can set up integrations with third-party providers to enable employees to receive notifications about new surveys and survey deadlines.
The notifications trigger at the same time as the same type notifications from other channels. The notification messages on Slack and Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) are non customizeable.
Slack
The WPEV Slack integration enables you to notify employees of new surveys and send survey reminders. Slack only notifies employees with WPEV email addresses that match their Slack email addresses.
The Slack bot uses the same language as the language used on each employee profile. For employees without access to an account, WPEV uses languages selected when the employee took the survey. WPEV also uses the language detected from the employee's browser.
Administrators require the correct permissions in Slack to add apps and approval from your Slack admin.
Microsoft Teams
The Microsoft Teams integration enables you to notify employees of new surveys and send survey reminders through the Peakon Microsoft Teams App.
Microsoft Teams will only notify those employees whose Peakon email address matches their Microsoft Teams email address.
The Microsoft Teams chat window displays a Peakon notification card in the chat window on Microsoft Teams that includes:
- Survey frequency (if any)
- Number of questions
- End date
