Set Up Domains in Security Group for Workday Integration

     domain in these functional areas:

You can restrict access to fields for the Workday Peakon Employee Voice (WPEV) integration. You can also add additional security domains not listed on the
Activate Pending Security Policy Changes
 task to sync additional fields to WPEV. Unless otherwise specified, all security domains require
Get
 access only.
  1. Access the
    Maintain Permissions for Security Group
     task.
  2. Select your security group.
  3. As you complete the
    Domain Security Policy Permissions
     grid, consider:
    Option Description
    Create and Manage Surveys
    Displays People Experience cards to remind workers of a new survey.
    View/Modify
     access required.
    Worker Data: Public Worker Reports
     (Required)
    Provides integration users access to SOAP Web Services API.
    Worker Data: Workers
     (Required)
    This domain enables the integration to access these Workday fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Office
    • Department
    • Job Family
    • Cost Center Name
    These fields will only sync when you set their visibility to
    Public
    :
    • Home Country
    • Home Region
    • Work Country
    • Work Region
    • Work City
    Person Data: Public Work Email Address Integration
     (Required)

    Time zone
    Locale
    WPEV delivers (and reserves) the
    Time zone
     and
    Locale
     attributes. You can control the attributes on the Workday integration page and you don't need to create custom attributes in WPEV. See: Connect to Workday Using ISU Name and Password and Connect to Workday Using OAuth.
