Workday Peakon updates navigation for outcome drivers so that selecting an outcome driver opens its dedicated driver page rather than redirecting to the question set dashboard.

We remove the automatic redirect exception for outcome drivers. Selecting an outcome driver card now takes you directly to its driver page, aligning navigation behavior with other drivers and giving managers access to the Team Suggestions and Focus Areas tabs.

We increase the maximum number of questions you can add to a custom driver from 15 to 25.

You can now add up to 25 questions to each custom driver in the

Custom Company Drivers

question set, up from 15. The limit applies to the total number of questions in the driver, including both referenced Peakon standard questions and custom questions.
