Concept: Question Set Access

Concept: Question Set Access

Overview

Configuring user access to different question sets allows more personalized insights for leaders when they view their dashboards. For example, the head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) might only require access to survey data from the diversity and inclusion question set. Similarly, it is also possible to restrict user access from different question sets.
If you deactivate access to a question set within a group, the question set's scores and dashboard won't display in the Insights area for the group's members. However, they will still see comments and topics if the question set's comments contributed to the calculated topics.
Only standard driver question sets have dedicated dashboards. If a user only has access to non-standard question sets (Example: Company questions), they will land on the
Drivers
page after signing into Peakon.

Configuration Options

Option
Description
You can activate and deactivate question set access for
All employees
and
Managed employees
type groups, except the Administrators group.
This is useful if you want to hide the survey results of a specific question set (Example: Diversity & Inclusion) from a user group. It's not possible to provide or remove access to individual drivers.
You can configure access to question sets and drivers for company level results.
This is useful for users that are responsible for specific elements in the organization. Example: Your Facilities director needs access to the Environment driver from the Engagement question set, and the Physical Wellbeing driver from the Health & Wellbeing question set.
You can configure access to question sets and drivers for segment level results.
This is useful for users that are responsible for specific elements, but not at company level. Example: If you have regional Facilities directors, you can grant them the drivers they need, restricted to their specified regions.
