Maintain Skill Level

For Workday to calculate skill levels, you must enable skill ratings as a skill level source. You can create custom labels for Workday to display on a worker's skill details instead of the default skill level labels.

- As you complete this task, consider:
Opção Descrição Skill Level Rating Name Override(Optional) Enter a custom label to use as an override for a skill level rating name. Each field corresponds to the default label that you can override. Leave these fields blank if you want to use the default rating name.Skill Level Rating Description Override(Optional) Enter a custom description for the rating, up to 100 characters long.Workday displays the custom description only when you access a skill from the worker profile. When you access a skill from the Career Profile, Workday displays the default rating descriptions for the self-rating scale and skill level description if an override isn't configured.Workday doesn't display skill level rating description overrides on theAssess My Skillstask.Skill Level CalculationEnter the weightings for the skill level sources that you plan to use:- Requested Feedback Ratings

The weighting must total 100 percent for all the skill sources. If you don't enter a weight for 1 skill level source, Workday won't include the source when calculating skill level. If you don't enter a weight for any source, Workday won't calculate a skill level.
