Send Report Notifications

Send Report Notifications

  • When your instance syncs with your Workday users, your admin must enable Workday notifications.
  • When your instance doesn't sync with your Workday users, add your email address to your user profile to receive notifications.
  • Security:
    Send Notifications
     permission.
With the
Modify All Reports
 permission, you can send notifications for any report that you own or that others have shared with you.
You can send notification emails to user groups, users, or levels when a report is ready for review. If you receive an email notification and the link doesn't open a report, you need the report owner to add you to the
Share Permissions
.
  1. Open the shared report.
  2. Select
    Send Notifications
     from the
    Share
     prompt.
  3. Select user groups, users, or levels to notify.
