Manage Multiple Customer Invoices at Once

Manage: Customer Invoice
domain in the Customer Accounts functional area.
As a collector, you might want to perform operations on multiple customer invoices at once to save time. These actions include managing invoices in and out of dispute or collection. Or, you might want to add notes to invoices, assign follow-up dates for future action, or add or remove holds from payment.
  1. Access the
    Manage Customer Invoices
    task.
  2. To filter your search, enter criteria.
    You can enter more than 1
    Customer
    .
  3. (Optional) Save your search criteria for future searches.
    You can enter a name of any length for your search.
  4. Select the action you want to perform on the retrieved invoices.
    If you use the
    Hold from Payment
    option, this is only for invoices that are not processed by settlements.
  5. Enter details for your action choice in the
    Updates to Apply
    section as needed.
    For the
    Hold from Payment
    action, you must also select the
    Hold from Payment
    check box.
  6. Select the invoices you want to apply the changes to.
    You can edit fields directly in the grid after selection to override the default values inherited by the
    Updates to Apply
    section.
Workday displays a confirmation page with the details of the invoices impacted by your action.
