Perform Customer Invoice Maintenance
- Configure theCustomer Invoice Maintenance Eventbusiness process in the Customer Accounts functional area, to manage approvals.

When you create a credit adjustment and don't immediately apply it to a customer invoice, you
can then apply the adjustment, partially or fully, to one or more invoices. Workday excludes
negative invoices from these transactions. You can also:
- Apply adjustments that you created for other customers.
- Apply adjustments to multiple invoices in bulk.
- Write off small amounts simultaneously.
- The customer invoice currency and the invoice adjustment currency must be the same.
- You must have security access to the customers you want to process.
- Access thePerform Customer Invoice Maintenancetask.
- As you complete the first page of the task, consider:
- If your filtered results contain invoices for which you've created related adjustments, Workday automatically populates them on the next page. You'll still have the option not to apply the adjustments.
- Select theInclude Invoice Adjustments from Other Customerscheck box to apply adjustments you created for other customers.
- Select the button in theInvoice Adjustmentscolumn for the invoices that you want to apply the adjustment to.
- Use the grid to add the adjustments that you want to apply to each invoice. SelectDoneto return to the main grid.
- When you return to the main grid, Workday displays the total adjustment amount and the number of unique adjustments on the button in theInvoice Adjustmentscolumn.
- Continue applying adjustments to your invoices, until you're ready toSubmit.
Workday routes the adjustment to the account you specify on the
Receivables
account
posting rule.Access the

report to
view transaction details.
