Reference: Financial Management Machine Learning GA Features Innovation Service
The Financial Management Machine Learning GA Features innovation service enables you to
contribute tenant data to benefit from the machine learning-powered capabilities of various
Workday Financial products.
You must subscribe to Innovation Services to use this feature. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request the Innovation Services Addendum (ISA), or see Workday Innovation Services in the Workday Community for more information.

| To enable Intelligent Customer Payment Matching, you must have customer
payment transaction data in past 30 days. This functionality provides beneficial
recommendations only when you are processing customer payments in
Workday. |
Expense Protect
| To use the Expense Protect feature, you need at least 10,000 expense reports
in your tenant. When users submit expenses, Expense Protect automatically
evaluates them to provide risk levels, recommendations, and
insights. | |
Journal Line Data
| Before you can use the Journal Insights feature, you need at least 12 months
of existing historical data. | |
Supplier Invoice Worktag Recommendations Data (Do Not
Use)
| After you set up the feature, it takes 2 weeks for Workday to display up to
5 supplier invoice worktag spend category recommendations. We use at least 3,000
historical manual supplier invoices to train the feature model. Workday supports
16 languages for training the machine learning model for this feature. When your
data is in a language other than the 16 languages supported, Workday continues
to provide recommendations for spend category, but they might be slightly less
accurate. Workday plans to retire this data category in a future release. To continue
seeing Spend Category recommendations on Supplier Invoices, you must opt in to
the Supplier Invoice Data category. | |

After you opt in to the Innovation Service, you must enable worktag
recommendations on supplier invoice documents in the Supplier Accounts Options
section on the Edit Tenant Setup – Financials task. | |
