Restrict Who Can Migrate with Object Transporter 2.0

Customer Central Security Administrators can use the
Restrict User Access to Migrate with Object Transporter 2.0
task in Customer Central to restrict who can migrate instances and Configuration Packages using Object Transporter 2.0. Workday enables current and new Customer Central Administrator and Customer Central User accounts to migrate instances and Configuration Packages until you restrict their migration privileges using this task.
To restrict who can migrate Security Configuration Packages, use the
Maintain Access to Migrate Security Configuration Packages
task. See Control Who Migrates Security Configuration Packages with Object Transporter 2.0.
  1. Sign in to the Customer Central tenant as the Customer Central Security Administrator.
  2. Access the
Restrict User Access to Migrate with Object Transporter 2.0
    task.
Customer Central Security Administrators can also see the task in the Customer Central Security Administration dashboard.
  3. Select the accounts that you want to prohibit from migrating instances and Configuration Packages using Object Transporter 2.0.
Clear a check box to restore migration privileges to an account.
When disabled Customer Central Administrators and Users attempt to migrate with Object Transporter 2.0, Workday informs them that they don't have migration privileges. They can request permission from their Customer Central Security Administrator.
