Control Who Migrates Security Configuration Packages with Object Transporter 2.0

Customer Central Security Administrators can use the
Maintain Access to Migrate Security Configuration Packages
task to restrict who can migrate Security Configuration Packages. The Customer Central Administrators and Users you select can then migrate Security Configuration Packages using Object Transporter 2.0 without further configuration. They can also create Security Configuration Packages using Object Transporter 2.0.
Workday restricts new Customer Central Administrator or User accounts from migrating Security Configuration Packages until you use this task to assign them privileges. Any existing accounts retain their original access privileges.
  1. Sign in to the Customer Central tenant as the Customer Central Security Administrator.
  2. Access the
Maintain Access to Migrate Security Configuration Packages
    task.
  3. Select the accounts that you want to grant access to migrate Security Configuration Packages.
Clear a check box to disable an account from migrating Security Configuration Packages.
When disabled Customer Central Administrators and Users attempt to migrate security configuration packages with Object Transporter 2.0, Workday informs them that they don't have migration privileges. They can request permission from their Customer Central Security Administrator.
