Create Supplier Performance Review Templates

Create Supplier Performance Review Templates

Create sourcing projects.
You can use the
Performance Review Template
 to create templates to collect information from suppliers and evaluate supplier performance.
  1. Access
    Templates
     from the
    Navigate
     drop down menu.
  2. Click the
    Add Performance Review Template
     button.
  3. Select the
    New Performance Review Template
     option to create a new template.
  4. Enter
    Template Information
     and
    Save
    .
  5. Complete sections 1 to 4 by clicking on the corresponding buttons on the
    Scorecard
     menu.
You can use the
Performance Review Template
 for supplier performance reviews.
