- Nightly through theProcess Academic Progressbackground job that is part of the Student Nightly Job Orchestration.
To evaluate academic progress manually for students, you can use the
Launch Academic Progress Evaluation
task. You must launch academic progress evaluation manually when you:
- Configure academic requirements for an academic unit and level, program of study, or program area.
- Update the academic requirements at any node.
Run the
Launch Academic Progress Evaluation
task on the node where you configured or updated the academic requirements. Example: If you configure external articulations limits for the Economics program, select Economics Major
for Program of Study.
Workday evaluates the academic progress for all students enrolled in Economics Major. You can evaluate the academic progress for a student through this task or from on their student profile. Example: After you override an academic requirement for a student, you can verify that the updates correctly reflect on their academic progress report.
