Reference: Federal Verification Statuses

Federal verification statuses indicate whether Workday has selected and processed a student's ISIR for federal verification. When you run the COD Outbound integration, Workday sends a Verification Status Code for an award based on the federal verification status of the student's ISIR.

Status	Description	Verification Status Code Sent to COD
Not Selected	The Federal Verification Event is initiated and the student isn't selected for verification. Workday doesn't send federal verification notifications at this point.	None
Pending	The Federal Verification Event is initiated and the student is selected for verification but their verification status hasn’t been processed yet.	None
Selected But Not Verified	The student is exempt from verification. You can manually assign this status using the Change Federal Verification task.	S
Verified Without Documentation	The student is selected for verification and you choose to pay a first Pell Grant disbursement in the interim before verifying their documentation. You can manually assign this status using the Change Federal Verification task.	W
Verified Verification Complete	The student is selected for verification and verified through the Federal Verification Event . When the event successfully completes, the status becomes Verification Complete .	V
