type access groups.You can import a metric from your organization to compare it against any driver score. When
importing the metrics, the values need to correspond against existing segments on
your account. You can import metrics for all segments, except the Manager segment.
The values can be a percentage, percentage of increase/decrease, or a
positive/negative raw value.
Example: Import the attrition values (%) for each country. The graph displays a
scatter plot and a trend line between attrition and driver scores, per country
segment.
- Go to .
- As you create a new metric, select the parent attribute of the segments you'd like to upload.
- Download the template and fill in the fields.
- Import the file.
Anyone with access to
Impact
can now view the values you imported, if they
have employees in the specified segments.
