Steps: Configure Onboarding and Exit Question Sets

You can set up Onboarding and Exit questions using a specific frequency and targeted for specific Tenure segments.

Both Onboarding and Exit questions sets and the open-ended questions are available to be configured on the
Administration
>
Questions
page.
Repeat questions could occur depending on how the
Tenure
segment ranges, survey frequency and driver/sub-driver frequency are set up.
For example: Your
Tenure
segment range for the Onboarding questions is
< 3 months
, your survey cadence is
Monthly
and your driver and sub-driver frequency is
Monthly
.
The target and frequency set up will depend on how you wish to pilot the question sets.
  1. Set up the Onboarding and Exit questions question sets:
    1. Navigate to
      Administration
      Questions
      .
    2. Select
      Onboarding
      or
      Exit
    3. Click
      Configure
      .
    4. Toggle on the questions to use in your surveys.
  2. Activate the Onboarding and Exit questions question sets on a specific survey:
    1. Navigate to
      Administration
      Schedule
      .
    2. Add a new schedule or
      View
      an existing schedule.
    3. Select the
      Frequency
      tab.
    4. Click on the
      Onboarding
      question set and/or
      Exit
      question set category.
    5. Select your preferred frequency options.
    6. Save changes
      .
  3. Configure the target and question set frequency:
    1. Navigate to
      Administration
      Questions
      .
    2. Select
      Onboarding
      or
      Exit
      .
    3. Select
      Edit
      on the question you wish to include on your survey.
    4. Expand the
      Advanced
      section.
    5. Use the
      Only including
      targeting option, and target them to a segment from the
      Tenure
      or
      Separation date
      attribute (or equivalent), respectively.
    6. Set the
      Frequency
      to
      Once
      to ensure that each qualifying employee won’t get a repeat of those questions.
    7. Select
      Update
      .
