Signing in with a Password

What can I do when I forget my password?: Access the sign-in page.

Access your email and click

in the email you receive.
Enter your new password.
How can I unlock my account?: Your account locks when you don't sign in for 90 days. To unlock your account:
Access the sign-in page.

How can I change the email address for my account?: Hover over your name and click

Change Email

Enter your email address in the
Email
field.
Save the change.
Access your old email and follow the instructions in the email you receive.

Users can’t change their email address if your company uses a SSO (Single Sign-On) integration. If your company doesn’t use SSO, changes to a user’s email address are automatically reflected for any other company they work with in Workday Strategic Sourcing.
How can I change my password?: Hover over your name and click

field and your new password in the

Save the change.

Why is there no password field?: Strategic Sourcing uses magic links for all users that don’t have Single Sign-On (SSO) set up. When you enter your email address and click
Sign In
, Strategic Sourcing sends you an email with a magic link. You can click the magic link to sign in to Strategic Sourcing.
A magic link contains all the required information to log you into Strategic Sourcing without a password.
How long are magic links valid for?: Magic links are valid for 5 minutes.
I didn’t receive an email when I clicked Sign In.: Check your Spam folder. Some email clients classify magic link emails as Spam. We recommend adding the email address that Strategic Sourcing uses to your allow-lists: no-reply_strategicsourcing@workday.com.
I received a message saying that the link expired, but it hasn’t been 5 minutes. What happened?: As soon as you click
Resend Email
, any previous magic links you have expire. Ensure you click the latest link in your inbox.
How do I unlock my account?: When you create 10 magic links without a successful login, your account is locked. To unlock your account:
Access the sign-in page.
Enter you email and click
Sign In
.
Access your email and click
Access My Account
in the email you receive.
