Enable Workday Customer to Download a Published Solution

  • Security:
    Solution
     domain in System functional area. Include security groups in both
    Report/Task Permissions
     and
    Integration Permissions
     for the
    Solution
     domain security policy.
  • Enable the Solutions feature.
  • Review and understand Solutions migration and sharing limits.
Grant (or deny) a request for access to a Solution that your organization owns.
  1. View the request using either of these methods:
    • Message in Inbox
    • Access the
      Solutions
       report, then select
      Grant Requests
      . The Grant Requests report displays all pending and completed requests.
  2. From the
    Grant/Deny Request
     drop-down, select:
    • Grant Solution Request
    • Deny Solution Request
  3. (Optional) Edit the
    Subject
     and
    Body
     of the message.
  4. Select
    Grant Request
     or
    Deny Request
     depending on the option you selected in Step 2.
