To ensure that the

report displays the most accurate and resent data, Workday updates the report for a student in one of these ways:

Immediately when certain events occur.

Nightly through the Process Academic Progress
background job.

The night of the effective date of a future-dated program of study through the Academic Progress
job.

The

Last Evaluated Date

updates on the student's

Academic Progress

report to reflect the effective date of the program of study.

The Refresh Attendance Plan
job runs on the date that the program of study change is effective.
